Belgian artist, born in Brussels (1909-1990). Formely educated and experimented with etching plates from 1926, mastering landscapes, still lives, and portraits, but preferred cityscapes. He then went on to teach drawing, painting, and etching and participated in international exhibitions. Etching on paper is hand signed to the lower right-hand corner and titled “Palais de Justice a Bruxelles”. Dated 1942 in the print. Presented under glass and in a metallic silver and gold wooden frame. Hang ready. Frame measures 13.5” x 16” x 1” (WxHxD).
