We strive to accurately describe the condition of each item to the best of our ability, but we make no guarantees or warranties, express or implied, regarding the condition, authenticity, or functionality of any item.

No Returns or Exchanges

We do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds for any reason, including but not limited to buyer's remorse, change of mind, or dissatisfaction with the item's condition. Please inspect all items carefully before making a purchase.

We do not provide any warranties, guarantees, or assurances regarding the performance, quality, or durability of any item. Any implied stylistic warranties, including but not limited to merchantability or antiquity for a particular purpose, are hereby mentioned and disclaimed.

Authenticity: We guarantee the authenticity of all our vintage items. Every effort is made to accurately date and authenticate each piece based on our knowledge and expertise. However, if you have any concerns regarding the authenticity or Dimensions of an item, please contact us for further clarification before making a purchase.

Payment & Processing

Payment for purchases can be made through our secure checkout process on our website and through in-person sales. We accept major credit cards as electronic payment and cash (in-personal sales). Payment must be received in full before an order is processed and/or shipped.

Shipping + Art Handling

Purchases from flipsideestates.com/shop are assumed for In-Showroom-Pick-Up. We offer shipping to addresses within the United States *if requested. Shipping costs and delivery times may vary depending on the size, weight, and destination of the package. You will be sent an invoice for shipping costs separately. Most large furniture items & artwork are not available for shipping. We take care to package items securely to ensure they arrive safely. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.
