1. Where do you find it all? Our team meticulously selects and showcases a diverse range of items, ensuring every estate sale is a treasure hunt filled with excitement, possibility, and ease of shopping.

   Our clients come to us and we choose only the best sales to curate! We are fully booked for months in advance so get in line by filling out our contact form if you need your downsizing needs filled soon.

2. Exclusive Access? Be the first to know about upcoming estate sales and exclusive offers by following our instagram and/or facebook social media pages and checking our listings on estatesales.net every week.

   Don't miss out on the chance to score one-of-a-kind pieces for your home or collection. This is the chance to find a unique or rare item, as well as a bargain- hustle on the hunt and score big! We place an early-bird sign-in sheet outside the estate sale property one hour prior to our estate sales, which usually run Fridays 9am - 2pm and Saturdays 10am - 2pm.

3. How do you help the Community network? Connect with fellow environmental enthusiasts and share your favorite estate sale finds with our regulars.

   Join our thriving community of collectors, realtors, decorators and designers, resellers, those who upcycle, and vintage aficionados by adding your name to our list to receive the Flipside Newsletter. We only send important reminders about upcoming sales, so you don’t miss out!

4. How do you know it all? We hear it all the time … “I didn’t know that!?” Well, neither did we … until we looked it up!

   Learn about antiques, vintage trends, dating objects, and valuing artwork from our trusty friend, the internet! For items that we may be unfamiliar with, we do our due diligence and dive into trusted resources to find the accurate value of an object. Owner, Jess Pittman, has 10+ years of experience in the high-end online auction and estate sale world, teaching the team everything she knows! Many of our team members also specialize in a variety of knowledge-base values which brings a lot to the table! We know our stuff because we do the research! We set our prices according to our research. Not only are we trend setters AND trend spotters, we know our market and are very familiar with what the people look for and covet!

5. Does the customer really come first? We are dedicated to providing exceptional service to our clients but our business would not exist without our amazing and loyal Flipside shoppers.

   At our estate sale events, our friendly team is here to assist you with any questions or concerns you may have about items while you are shopping. We are also available to help you build a “hold pile” in our staging area so you can continue to be hands-free while you are shopping at our estate sales! FYI utilize that hold area so we can tally your goods easily before checkout** We are well known for our organized system and smooth transaction process.

   The order is reduce, reuse, recycle, my friends. We can protect and cherish our planet one action at a time. Shopping locally and second-hand is crucial in this age, and we are here doing our part. Did you know that our building in Fountain Square used to be a chair factory in the 1800’s? We love the influence that history has on us and now we are repurposing that thought and selling more than that!
